Please provide 12 hours advance notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Clients will incur a $20 Late Cancellation Fee if their appointment is canceled 12 hours or less before their scheduled time. A $30 No Show fee will be charged, in addition to the credits for the booked service, if you do not attend an appointment you’re scheduled for. For massage services, in addition to the aforementioned policy, late cancellations and no-shows will incur a 50% charge for the massage service booked. All sales are final.
