CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please provide 12 hours advance notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Clients will incur a $20 Late Cancellation Fee if their appointment is canceled 12 hours or less before their scheduled time.

A $30 No-Show fee will be charged, if you do not attend an appointment you’re scheduled for.

CRYOSKIN and MASSAGE APPOINTMENTS:

Any Cryoskin or Massage appointment canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice, will incur a charge equal to 50% of the full cost of the treatment/service.

Any no-shows will be charged the full amount of the Cryoskin or Massage service booked.

All sales are final.
