Guided Cold-Plunging

Revolutionary wellness experience
Guided Cold-Plunging

Cold-Plunging, or cold-water immersion, is an ancient wellness ritual that is widely practiced by many cultures, globally. At WORTHY, every cold-plunge is a guided experience that offers a unique, safe, and convenient way to enjoy the benefits of cold therapy.

How does Cold-plunging work?

Our cold-plunges are guided with the support of a Cold Coach. During the session, your coach will guide you through a somatic body scan and some grounding breathwork to help you settle into your body and the present moment. This is a critical component of the cold-plunge experience as breathwork is the basis for helping down-regulate the nervous system both before and during the plunge.

We invite people to select a song that is 2-3 minutes in length for their plunge, but music is not necessary. We find that the music is a lovely anchor for time and ambiance. We often advise our guests to pick a song that they can return to whenever they need to be reminded of their resilience or strength.

During the plunge, your coach will guide your breathing and posture to ensure the best possible plunge experience for you.

We tailor our coaching to the needs of each guest. We are happy to accommodate you to ensure the most supportive cold plunge experience possible.
